 Session 29: The War Camp The Chaos Squad Level 8 Party Ronin the Bronze Dragonborn Oath of Vengeance Paladin Blake Tanner the Air Genasi Circle of Land Druid Lindal Eldon Treeburrow the Stout Halfling College of Lore Bard Bingus the Tabaxi Pact of the Great Old One Warlock Fred the Human Path of the Berserker Barbarian Donkey the Shy Talking Pony Blake's Family Shinobi the Wood Elven Way of the Shadow Monk The Orc War Camp     The Party destroyed the remaining forces in the orc war camp outside the main fort with the help of a mysterious ninja that only Bingus saw. Session 30: Wanton Violence Same party except Shinobi was not there.     The party entered the main fort of the war camp. They wiped out the orc forces in the main fort. However, a Hezrou that had been caged broke out. They hit it with gunpowder that they had found in the main fort and shot it with their cannon. A fight was about to begin. End of Session.

They left. They journeyed to the Hotlands. They ran into a Hydra which they killed. Then, some Firenewts asked for their help with a band of Orcs. They went to the base. Through various methods, they knocked Ogre Bolt Launchers off their towers and did a bunch of fall damage. Bingus killed a huge clump of Orcs (of various kinds) with 2 fireballs. Lots of time was spent making plans throughout the entire session. End of Session

Bralzrog asked them to help him get the Chaos Crystals and stop Balthazar the Black: a lich who is in charge of all the evil in the world. That includes dismantling the Council of Chaos. They snuck into the castle and encountered three of the magistrates in the meeting room. A Half-Red Dragon Veteran, a Yuan-ti Pureblood, and a Bard (NPC). Eldon put the Bard to sleep. Anarchy City      The party went and picked up Blake's family to bring with them. Then, they visited Eldon's family briefly. Then, they went up through the mountains of Gaia without incident. Blake did not want to go into Nisarra at all, so they took the long way around. In the desert north of Gaia, they saw an Adult Blue Dragon fly over them, but it did not notice them. When they got through the desert down to the Empty Wasteland, they ran into two Hill Giants. One of the Hill Giants went after Blake's family, and Fred, who was assigned to protect them, wrecked that giant with his great axe he h...

She banished them from Gaia based on flimsy reasoning provided by her new advisor. They went back to Helena and Ravena, the Tiefling sisters disguised as Olga and Petra the old ladies. Helena told some fortunes, and the sisters packed up to go off somewhere else. The party discovered a Vampire Spawn named Gary watching them. They fought him, and he turned to mist. The Vampiric Mist flew toward the castle. They followed. Ronin and Eldon flew using their wings, Bingus climbed and carried Blake with Bingus's hand. They took her out of the dungeon. As they rested, Greg slipped away in the night. They were then joined by a liaison of the queen. A halfling rogue who introduced himself as Scythe. He had been assigned to bring them to the queen.     Larry had to leave because it was time for him to go back to his lair and transform into an ancient dragon. He took Bean with him to guard him. Bean went to the first floor to stay with Fred. Eldon cast dispel magic on the door and Ronin picked the lock. Blake noticed that the cages were just an illusion. He also noticed a Cult Fanatic in the far corner of the room. He shot two arrows at it. Upon seeing Blake fire arrows, Eldon reflexively blasted the Troll with Eldritch Blast. The illusory cage dissipated. Eldon used Dissonant Whispers to cause the Troll to take stock of its disgusting state, causing it to run away. The whole party joined the fight at this ...

Then, they went to another room where they found an Umber Hulk. After fighting the Umber Hulk for a little bit, they found a Roper as well. The killed both, ending the fight with Bean cleaving the Umber Hulk's head down the middle. End of Session

They found an Armanite. After successfully calming it down, they provoked it into charging into another door, which did not get knocked down. The Armanite blasted them with a Lightning Lance. Then, they each took a shot at it. Most prominent being Ronin who did a double attack with his glaive (divine smite) that did over 40 points of damage. It was killed when Greg cut its head off with his sword. The door that they had run the Armanite into was a dummy door. In other words, there was only more stone wall b...

It revealed a library, in which they found a Wight and a Flameskull. The Wight was destroyed by a crushing blow from Greg's fist. The Flameskull was crushed by a book that Blake hurled at it with his wind abilities. All that remained of the Flameskull was a bunch of broken pieces of bone.     In the next room they opened, the found a torture chamber. Several of the devices held dead cultists. The Cult     The party found harming the Galeb Duhr with metal weapons difficult, but Eldon's vicious mockery came in handy. Eventually, Ronin used Thunderous Smite on his glaive and brought the glaive down on the Galeb Duhr's head, smashing it to bits. The party opened another door which seemed to be empty, but after looking very carefully, they found three Spined Devils on the roof. They blasted the Spined Devils with gold with the cannon. The Cult     The party went to the Bishop of Gaia's dungeon. The entrance was two tall doors built into a mountain. Guarding the door was 2 cultists, 6 gnoll hunters, and a minotaur. They pulled Fred's cannon out of Donkey's bags and shot the mountain. Rocks came down and crushed four of the gnolls. A boulder landed on the minotaur, but the minotaur caught and threw the boulder. It slammed into Kyle and Larry. Then, the minotaur rushed forward and gored Kyle. Later, Ronin finished off the minotaur with a devastating blow with his poisoned sword...
